Position summary

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing all marketing activities for the company. This position is responsible for managing and coordinating all functions of the company’s marketing needs between internal stakeholders and external marketing suppliers, vendors, and resources. This position will also lead and manage content and strategy to build a consistent OptioRx brand and lead the consolidation of company branding across all of its pharmacies. The role will create and design marketing materials and content, manage company’s capabilities power points, master collateral templates, and branding and marketing content across the board. This position will also be responsible for routinely updating web-pages, design and manage content of the company website, and collaterals needed for digital marketing and SEO.  The candidate must be able to learn, adapt and excel in a fast-paced environment while effectively communicating the digital marketing concepts to multiple stakeholders. This position works very closely with the Executive Team and Sales Department.

Essential functions

  1. Develop, enhance, and maintain master marketing collaterals for branding and sales initiatives for all lines of business. Must routinely review marketing collaterals to ensure consistency in message, format, and marketing themes.
  2. Provide creative input and direction on marketing collaterals, including content, messaging, design, color schemes, and styles by collaborating with the business and sales teams internally and external resources..
  3. Creates, updates, and maintains a structured marketing folder on company drive to house all marketing templates, master referral forms and collaterals, marketing authorization forms, and external customer marketing pieces. Produces and updates marketing policies and procedures for processes when necessary. Obtain approval of marketing policies and procedures by executive team.
  4. Directly works with and manages external vendors that provide marketing support services including but not limited to the website designers, graphic designers, web-site developers, digital marketing associates, and others involved in the branding of the company.
  5. Directly manage and lead off-shore marketing resources by assigning daily tasks, providing feedback on quality of work and performance and ensure project deliverables and deadlines are met.
  6. Manage and maintain digital marketing pipeline for the company, which includes social media posting, marking calendar, and healthcare campaigns.
  7. Manage and maintain company web-based platforms, which will include routine review and updates of page content, page design and layout and announcements. This also includes working with cross-functional resources to manage company website.
  8. Develop marketing manuals and user guides, training material and other project deliverables to meet the department needs.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing

Professional Experience

  1. Must have advanced proficiency with M.S. Office, Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, Adobe, Design tools, internet, web-based applications, and other office equipment.
  2. Must be able to communicate effectively and confidently with business partners, project team members and senior management. Excellent verbal, written communication with the ability to develop and present information in various formats.
  3. Ability to organize, prioritize work, meet deadlines and work independently. Ability to handle multiple projects and activities in a timely, organized manner.
  4. Creative problem solver, flexible, proactive and ability to work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
  5. Deep experience in data management and reporting tools and applications.
  6. Occasional international travel may be necessary.

  3. Ability to communicate effectively over the phone, via email messages, and in person with managers, and all coworkers
  4. Experience working with project management tools, such as Asana or Monday
  5. Experience working with client relations management tools, such as Sales Force, HUB Spot, Insightly, or others is preferred

Physical Requirements

  1. Ability to continuously sit for extended periods of time.
  2. Ability to bend or squat occasionally.
  3. Ability to lift up-to 10 pounds occasionally.
